Ovayo offers comprehensive assistance in various facets of the legal process, including applications for leave to appeal, proficiently handling the serving and lodging of appeal documents, and meticulously verifying compliance with court Rules and Practice Directives. Our services extend to seamless collaboration with the Office of the Registrar, facilitating the acquisition of a final court roll, and determining the composition of the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) bench for correspondent appeal matters.
Ovayo completed a Diploma in Office Management and Technology as well as a B-tech in Business Administration. She is currently completing an LLB degree through the University of South Africa.
Ovayo started her career at Webbers Attorneys in Bloemfontein as a legal secretary in debt collection for National Real Estate Bloemfontein and later moved to the commercial department.
She joined Mayet & Associates Inc in 2020 and assists in the Appeals department.
